## What to include

- Your **workspace name** and the email address of the owner.
- **What you were doing** and **what you expected**.
- **What you saw**, with the exact message if there is one.
- The **page** in these docs you followed, if any.

## What not to include

- Passwords, one-time codes, card numbers or API keys.
- Patient information or other protected health details. Describe the problem without them.
