Team compliance and learning are part of the Business plan. On Starter they are hidden.

## Compliance

Track the licenses, certifications, background checks, insurance certificates and signed policies each role needs.

- **Requirements are defined by role.** Each role has the items it must keep current.
- **Renewals.** Airhug warns the right person before something expires.
- **Policies.** Publish policies for your team to read and sign.
- **Audit trail.** Keep a record you can hand to an inspector.

Open **Compliance** for the dashboard, requirements table, renewals and documents.

## Learning center

Create short lessons and quizzes, assign them to roles or people, and see who has finished. Lessons work on a phone. Onboarding and annual training sit next to the rest of your operations, and required training counts toward each role's compliance requirements.

- **My learning** lists what is assigned to you.
- **Library** holds the courses.
- **Completion** shows who has finished what.

## Checks

- A role's requirements list shows each person's status.
- An assigned course appears under the assignee's **My learning** and its completion is recorded.
