## Journeys

Journeys are step-by-step plans that reach out on their own: a reminder before an appointment, a check-in after a job, a nudge when it is time to book again.

1. Open **Journeys**. Choose **Customer** journeys (for the people you serve) or **Company** journeys (for your team).
2. Pick a journey template, such as reminders, follow-ups or seasonal check-ins.
3. Adjust the wording so it sounds like your business.
4. Turn it on. Airhug handles everyone who matches.

People can reply **STOP** to texts or unsubscribe from email at any time, and Airhug honors it.

## Reporting

**Reporting** shows how many calls came in, when, why people called, and how many turned into appointments. It fills in on its own as conversations happen. Open a dashboard, then a tile, to drill into the calls behind a number. Numbers can be downloaded.

**Insights** (Business) follows every lead from first call to booked appointment: which conversations turned into work, which stalled, and where a follow-up would win them back. You can start a journey for everyone who did not book.

## Checks

- A turned-on reminder journey sends a text before a test appointment.
- Reporting shows a test call in the day's count.
