Airhug's Starter, Business and Enterprise plans, standard versus healthcare prices, what each includes, the 14-day free trial, and what is billed separately.
Airhug has two self-serve plans and a custom Enterprise plan. Each self-serve plan has a standard price and a healthcare price. Plans are month to month with no contract, and you can cancel any time.

Standard applies when HIPAA compliance is off. Healthcare applies when your business category turns HIPAA compliance on. See business type and HIPAA.

Starter hides Business features#
On Starter, Documents, Compliance, the staff assistant, Calendar sync and extra numbers are hidden, and the server refuses requests for them with a "plan upgrade required" message. Upgrading to Business unlocks them at once.
Free trial#
- 14 days, with 1,000 AI tokens to use during the trial (about 100 minutes of calls, or 500 written replies).
- A card is required to start the trial. If a card is not on file when the trial ends, the subscription cancels instead of charging, and you are told.
- You can add token packs only after the trial ends.
What is billed separately#
- Your own carrier, if you forward an existing number. Forwarded minutes are airtime on your own carrier plan while the AI is talking. On an unlimited plan this is not an issue.
- Extra phone numbers are a monthly add-on on Business. The price is shown at checkout.
- Carrier registration fees for a local (10DLC) texting number, charged by carriers to register your business brand and campaign. Toll-free verification has no registration fee. See texting.
Airhug does not currently bill per call or per text on top of your plan. When AI tokens run out, see AI tokens.

Change plans#
- Starter to Business: press Upgrade in Settings → Billing. It is charged prorated, immediately, and unlocks Business features and any locked calls.
- Business to Starter: press Switch plan in Settings → Billing. Business features are hidden again on Starter.
- Standard to healthcare: happens when you choose a healthcare category. The difference is invoiced immediately and the plan renews at the healthcare price. See payments.
