The setup flow
Every screen in Airhug's first-time setup, in order, with what each one asks for and what you can skip.
Setup is one guided flow at app.airhug.ai/onboarding. It saves as you go, so you can stop and continue later, including from a different computer. Setup only asks about the features you choose on the third screen.

Steps 5 and 8 to 11 (website, hours, services, common questions, business details) and steps 14 to 17 (number, recording, voice, who answers first) appear only if you chose Answering service. If you only chose documentation or compliance, setup skips them and you can add the answering service later.
Number step, briefly#
The number screen offers three paths. Full detail is in phone numbers.
- Get a new number. Pick one near your customers. It is live in about a minute.
- Forward my existing number. You keep your number and carrier. Airhug gives you a number that your unanswered calls forward to. Callers never see it.
- Move my number here. Airhug becomes your carrier. Moving takes 1 to 4 weeks. Until then you get a temporary number and your current number forwards to it, so you are live today.
If your business details are not complete, the screen says your number comes later. Finish Settings → Messaging when you are ready, then choose a number.
After setup#
- Everything you chose during setup lives under Settings. You can change it any time.
- Finish anything you skipped from the checklists on each channel page: phone, texting, email, website chat.
- Test with a real call. See the check list in the quickstart.
